What is the ruling on the dhikr in the form of "Allah, Allah, Allah," and is the verse: (And remember the Name of your Lord) evidence for its permissibility?

The ruling on mentioning Allah by the singular name, such as saying "Allah, Allah," was previously explained in a former answer. The verse does not provide evidence for this, for if that were the intention, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would have done it. The meaning of the verse is: "Mention your Lord by His beautiful names," meaning, do not limit yourself to the remembrance of the heart, but also engage the tongue.
