Are the brown discharges that appeared during the Tawaf and Sa'i after taking menstruation-delaying pills considered menstruation? And do they necessitate repeating the 'Umrah, knowing that I have not yet exited the state of ihram?

These secretions are not menstruation unless they are accompanied by blood or by the usual menstrual pains, as Umm Atiyyah said: "We used not to consider the yellowish or brownish discharge anything." As for the circumambulation (Tawaf) and the ritual walking (Sa'i): the brownish discharge nullifies ablution, but the Sa'i performed while it is present is valid because purity is not a condition for it. As for the Tawaf, the majority of scholars stipulate purity for it, while others, like Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, hold that purity for it is desirable but not a condition. Therefore, the 'Umrah is valid.
