What is the ruling of Islamic law on a divorced young man continuing to communicate with a married woman—whose husband does not pray, gambles, and is divorced—for the purpose of helping her, especially after feelings of affection have developed between them, and she wishes to divorce her husband to marry this young man?

You must repent to Allah and immediately cut off your relationship with that woman. Beware of following the footsteps of Satan in beautifying communication with her. She must adhere to the Islamic regulations in speaking with her, and if she needs to seek a fatwa or advice, she should ask the people of knowledge directly. Instigating a wife against her husband is one of the gravest sins. As for the woman, if her husband is immoral or abandons prayer, she may seek a divorce from him. After her waiting period (iddah) expires, there is no harm for you in marrying her then.
