What is the ruling on dealing with what is called “Darat” as a loan in Morocco?

This transaction, in which a group of people agree to pay a monthly sum to one of them in rotation, is permissible and contains no শরীআ (Islamic law) objection. It is akin to a loan that does not involve stipulating an extra benefit for anyone. Sheikh Ibn Baz issued a fatwa permitting it, and the Council of Senior Scholars approved it by majority due to the benefit it entails for everyone.
