What is the ruling on the emission of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) immediately after urination? Does it necessitate ghusl (ritual bath)? And how are clothes purified from it?

The preponderant opinion is that what exits is wady, which is a turbid, thick, white fluid that emerges after urination. It does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bathing), but rather requires wudu (ablution) and purification of clothes and body if it comes into contact with them, because it is impure (najis).
