Does an authentic supplication from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, suffice for the prostration of recitation if prostration is not possible?

There is no supplication that can substitute for the prostration of recitation (sujud al-tilawah) if prostration is difficult. Some Shafi'i jurists have adopted the saying: "Subhanallah, walhamdulillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu akbar" (Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest) as a substitute for prostration. Some Hanafi jurists recommended saying: "Sami'na wa ata'na ghufranaka Rabbana wa ilaykal-masir" (We hear and we obey. Grant us Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final return). However, Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar believes that this has no basis and is disliked if intended as a recitation.
