Is it permissible for women to perform the Night Vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) prayer in congregation during the last ten nights of Ramadan, including Tahajjud and Qunut supplication? Is reading the Qur'an in congregation an innovation (bid'ah)? And is breaking the fast collectively on Mondays and Thursdays an innovation (bid'ah)?

There is no reprehensibility, according to the preponderant opinion, in a woman leading other women in prayer. There is also no objection to performing Tarawih prayer in congregation at home. As for reciting the Quran in congregation, there is a difference of opinion on this matter, and its ruling varies depending on its specific forms. Gathering for Iftar (breaking the fast) is not an innovation; rather, it is a gathering for good. However, a distinction should be made between this and advocating for communal fasting by agreeing to fast on a specific day. This agreed-upon communal fasting was not the practice of the Companions, and a person habituating themselves not to fast except with others is problematic. Encouraging people to perform voluntary fasting through speech is preferable to encouraging them by organizing communal Iftar.
