If the deceased leaves an estate, after her debts are paid, her will to her sisters for one-third or less is executed, provided they are not heirs. Otherwise, the approval of all heirs is required, because a bequest to an heir is not permissible except with the permission of the heirs. As for what is meant by the bequeathed clothes, it refers to the custom of the deceased’s country, and laptop bags and the like are not included in the definition of clothes. It is advisable to consult the court regarding these matters.
