How can one deal with a mother who has disowned her children for many years and neglected her duties towards them, while also being accused of witchcraft by a neighbor who causes family problems?

It is recommended to be content with Allah's decree, to fear Him, and to seek assistance through patience and prayer to resolve family problems. This includes honoring parents and being good to them, even if they fall short in their duties towards their children. One must also deal with the mother with patience, overlook her faults, offer advice, and involve someone who has influence over her to rectify her situation, while increasing supplication. It is also advised to review one's relationship with Allah, as neglecting His rights causes enmity and hatred. As for accusing the neighbor of sorcery, it is not permissible without clear evidence, and if it is proven, one should fortify oneself with ruqyah as prescribed by Sharia.
