Does snoring and grunting contradict the perfect attributes of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and how do we respond to those who deny that?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would breathe heavily and snore while sleeping, but this does not contradict the awakening of his heart. His eyes would sleep, but his heart would not. This is one of his unique characteristics, and therefore, his ablution would not be invalidated by it, because if anything were to exit him, he would sense it. "Nafkh" (breathing heavily) is audible breathing, and "ghatit" (snoring) is a sound that accompanies the sleeper's breath. Neither of these is "shahir" (snoring) which comes from the nose.
