Is the husband sinful for his second marriage without a guardian, and because the wife receives money from the French government claiming to be a single mother, and for cutting ties with her parents due to their opposition to the marriage?

Marriage without a guardian is invalid, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There is no marriage except with a guardian and two just witnesses," and his saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid." The husband must annul this invalid contract, and if he wishes to marry her, he should marry her with a valid contract that fulfills all conditions and pillars.
