To what extent is the book "Karamat al-Awliya" by Al-Lalaka'i trustworthy, and can it be relied upon?

The book "Karamat al-Awliya" (Miracles of the Saints) by Hafiz Abu al-Qasim al-Lalaka'i is a reliable and good book in its field. It is characterized by the quality of its composition, and its only flaw is the weakness of the chains of transmission (asanid) for some of its narrations. This is an issue that is not absent from any book composed outside of matters of lawful and unlawful (halal (definition) and haram (definition)). Al-Lalaka'i cleared his books of fabricated narrations, even if he narrated weak ones, as he was among those who permit narrating weak hadith (definition) in matters other than halal and haram, which is the view of the majority of hadith scholars.
