Is it obligatory for me to slaughter a Hady (sacrificial animal) for not spending the night in Muzdalifah?

Staying overnight in Muzdalifah is obligatory. Whoever fails to do so, whether intentionally or forgetfully, must offer a sacrifice (dam). If one cannot find a sacrifice, then one must fast for ten days (three during the Hajj and seven upon returning home). If the days of Hajj have passed, then one fasts the ten days upon returning home, distinguishing between the three and seven days.
