Is it permissible to work as a sales representative for a center specializing in hair transplantation, kidney stone and incontinence surgeries, and cosmetic procedures, while being compelled to work?

The general rule regarding cosmetic procedures is that whatever is done to enhance beauty without a need is forbidden, and whatever is done to remove defects is permissible. If the center performs both permissible and forbidden procedures, then for working there to be permissible, it is stipulated that one's work must not directly involve the forbidden or assist in it. As for someone who is compelled to work and cannot find basic sustenance from other sources, there is no blame upon him for continuing in it, even if it were forbidden, while searching for a permissible source, according to the Islamic legal maxim: "Necessities make the forbidden permissible."
