It is forbidden to sell a commodity before possessing and acquiring it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not sell what you do not possess." Your action of transporting the goods in your car is considered possession, so it is permissible for you to sell them at a price, whether deferred or cash, that you both agree upon.
