Is using programs or websites to bypass file-sharing sites' ads and waiting times, in order to speed up downloads, considered a sin, and does this ruling apply to hosting sites that display ads which may not be free of Sharia violations?

The general Islamic legal principle for adhering to regulations and conditions is the Hadith (definition): "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that makes a halal (definition) (permissible) act haram (definition) (forbidden) or a haram act halal." Therefore, if websites stipulate waiting a certain period or displaying advertisements before downloading, one must adhere to that and not try to circumvent it. However, if a forbidden image is displayed in the advertisement, one must avert their gaze from it.
