Is it permissible to benefit from money given to revolutionaries, knowing that I receive a salary, and can it be repaid in installments later?

There is no blame upon you for benefiting from the aforementioned amount or paying it in installments if the responsible authority permits you to do so. Otherwise, you must return the entire amount as long as it is in your possession. You must adhere to the condition for entitlement to the grant, due to the general saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
