What is the ruling on one who sleeps all day during Ramadan under the pretext of "takhdeen" (being high on drugs)?

The word "Al-Takhdeen" is unfamiliar, and perhaps "Al-Tadkheen" (smoking) is intended, which is forbidden. As for intentionally sleeping until the prayer time expires, it is not permissible. However, the fast of someone who sleeps the entire day is valid if they made the intention from the night before. This is the relied-upon view in the four schools of thought. The evidence for this is Al-Nawawi's statement: "If someone sleeps the entire day, having made the intention from the night before, their fast is valid according to the madhhab (definition), and this is what the majority holds." They have all agreed on the validity of the fast of someone who woke up for a moment during the day and then slept for the rest of it.
