Is masturbation permissible if a doctor orders it for the purpose of analysis or treatment, and should a person do it themselves or have someone else do it for them?

Masturbation is forbidden and impermissible. It falls under the scope of Allah's saying: ﴿So whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors﴾, and also Allah's saying: ﴿And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed﴾. Masturbation has many harms, and it is forbidden for both men and women, unless there is a necessity for it for treatment and to identify any illness in the semen.
