Is it permissible for the worshipper to follow the Imam in bowing (rukūʿ) if he has not completed the recitation of Al-Fatiha?

There is a well-known difference of opinion on this issue. According to the view that the follower should bow even if they have not completed Al-Fatiha, then there is no harm in following the Imam and bowing in the situation described, and the prayer is valid in this case.
