Is the husband considered a cuckold (dayyuth), and what is the recompense for both the husband and the wife, in the case of marrying a divorced woman whose ex-husband gave her illicit money, and she refused the husband’s advice not to feed his children with this money?

Whoever possesses ill-gotten gains and condones them, knowing their source, is a dayyooth (a cuckold/pimp/one who condones immorality), because he approves of khubth (evil/wickedness/ill-gotten gains). The Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: "There are three whom Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will not look at on the Day of Resurrection: the one who disobeys his parents, the woman who imitates men, and the dayyooth." As for the adulterer, his recompense has been mentioned in previous fatwas.
