Residing in disbelieving countries is not permissible except out of necessity, a recognized need, or an overriding benefit. The means expended for this, even if permissible, are not allowed. How then if the means are forbidden, such as lying, forgery, and bribery? This applies to both individuals and groups, and to both short and long stays.
