Does a son's saying "Hasbi Allahu wa ni'mal Wakeel (Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs)" to his unjust father constitute disobedience?

It is not permissible to supplicate against a parent, even if they are unjust. Although saying "Hasbiyallahu wa Ni'mal Wakeel" (Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs) is not considered an offense, many people interpret it as a supplication against a person. Therefore, a son should not respond to his father with it, due to the distress it causes and the father's belief that his son is supplicating against him, which is considered an act of disobedience (uquq). For no matter how much a father wrongs or abuses, that does not negate his right to dutifulness and kindness.
