What is the degree of authenticity of the Hadith of the Five Traits? And is the plague in it a metaphorical expression, given its mention as a standalone disease in other Hadiths?

The Hadith narrated by Ibn Majah and authenticated by Al-Albani mentions that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Immorality never appears in a people to the extent that they commit it openly, but plagues and diseases unknown to their forefathers will spread among them." This Hadith links the spread of immorality with the emergence of new diseases that were not previously known. It does not necessarily have to be of the plague type, but rather any ailments that did not exist before. In modern times, diseases unknown previously have appeared, such as AIDS and others. Scholars believe that the spread of these diseases is a fulfillment of this Hadith, and that they are a punishment from Allah upon nations in which immorality proliferates and is openly declared. Sheikh Ibn Jibreen believes that the appearance of these malignant diseases, which are difficult to cure, is proof of the truthfulness of the Prophet's prophecy, peace and blessings be upon him. Dr. Salman Al-Ouda also mentioned serious diseases that have appeared as a result. Accordingly, the Hadith should be taken literally, and the diseases currently spreading are among the types of ailments mentioned in the Hadith.
