If the maid persists in an unlawful relationship and does not repent, we advise you to dismiss her. There is no injustice in this; rather, it is good and just because it falls under enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and cutting off the means to it. Furthermore, her continued presence poses a danger to the children and men in the house.
