Is it permissible to accept the father’s condition of taking his daughter’s full salary with the intention of not adhering to it later?

The father's condition that his daughter's salary be his after her marriage is not binding, for a woman's salary is her own property. If she promised her father to give him her salary, it is a non-binding promise. If the father is self-sufficient, he has no right to his daughter's money unless she gives it to him out of kindness and beneficence.

A father may take from his son's money whatever he wishes, whether he is in need or not, provided he does not harm or oppress the son, and does not take from his son's money to give it to another. However, Abu Hanifa, Malik, and Al-Shafi'i hold that he may only take from his son's money to the extent of his need.
