Was Ibn Taymiyyah an anthropomorphist (mujassim), or one of those who issue fatwas that declare others disbelievers based on implications, or permit killing?

Some claim that Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah was a corporealist (mujassim), but this is a false assertion. He himself refuted the corporealists, describing them as misguided, declaring them disbelievers, and affirming that "there is nothing like unto Him." Similarly, the claim that he declared people disbelievers based on the necessary implications of their statements (takfir bi al-lawazim) and permitted the killing of opponents is also a false assertion. He clarified that the necessary implication of a person's statement is not considered their own statement if they do not affirm it, and that he prohibited declaring anyone a disbeliever or a fasiq (transgressor) except after establishing the prophetic proof (al-hujjah al-risaliyyah) against them.
