What is the ruling on shop bags that have the name "FATHALLA" written on them in English?

Writing the name of Allah on bags is permissible unless it is known that they will be dishonored. However, dishonoring the name by throwing the bags in the trash or placing them in inappropriate places is forbidden, whether the writing is in Arabic or another language. Intentionally dishonoring it is an act of disbelief (kufr).
