ما هي النصائح والتوجيهات للتعامل مع الفتن والانحلال الأخلاقي في جامعة غير إسلامية، وهل يجوز جمع صلاة الجمعة مع العصر بسبب تزامُنها مع الامتحانات أو المحاضرات، وهل يجوز فعل العادة السرية لتجنب الوقوع في التعامل مع الفتيات؟

A Muslim who is keen on preserving his religion should avoid places of temptation and choose a suitable university. If that is not possible, he should limit his attendance to what is necessary, while adhering to the manners prescribed by Islamic law, such as lowering the gaze. We advise fasting and early marriage if possible, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) guided to this in the hadith: "O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty. And whoever cannot afford to marry, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him." As for temporary residence for study, the ruling of a traveler does not apply to it. It is not permissible to delay the Friday prayer to combine it with Asr. However, if performing it would result in significant harm to one's studies, then it is permissible to miss it and pray Dhuhr instead.
