Is working in a factory that produces blank CDs – some of which are used by producers of songs and movies to distribute their works – permissible?

If your work in the factory is not related to assisting in the dissemination of songs and films, then there is no harm in it for you. You should advise those in charge of the factory about the seriousness of assisting in what is unlawful. However, if it involves assisting in their dissemination in any way, then it is not permissible for you to work there, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." You must leave it, for whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah will be compensated with something better by Him. "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
