Is money earned from re-broadcasting matches from encrypted channels, in exchange for a sum of money, permissible or impermissible, knowing that there is no contract preventing it?

It is not permissible to broadcast encrypted satellite channels via the Internet or otherwise without the permission of their owners. Whoever has done so must seek absolution from the company by asking for forgiveness and pardon, or by paying the value of the benefits they missed out on and the damage they inflicted upon it.
