What is the ruling on saying: "All bounty is from Allah"?

The phrase "All grace is due to Allah" is correct and truthful, and there is no blame on the one who says it. Rather, it is a form of praise and glorification of Allah, because He, glory be to Him, is the possessor of grace and blessings upon His servants, as mentioned in the Holy Quran.
