Is it permissible to designate a portion of land allocated for a mosque to compensate one of the daughters who received nothing from the gift, given the presence of another nearby mosque?

It is forbidden for a father to single out some of his children for a gift while excluding others. The father must revoke the gift during his lifetime, provided four conditions are met: the gift remains in the son's possession and control, no rights of others are attached to it, and it has not undergone an inseparable increase. If revocation is not possible, he must give the other children a similar gift. If the father dies after showing such preference, those who were preferred must return what they were given extra, and it should be divided among all their siblings according to the laws of inheritance. As for the land the man intended for the mosque, if he dedicated it as a waqf or bequeathed it during his lifetime, the endowment is enforceable. Otherwise, it belongs to the heirs, and it is recommended for them to use it for the purpose their father intended.
