It is permissible for the one who has contracted marriage with you to see you naked because you are his wife, and what is permissible for a husband from his wife is permissible for him from you. However, photographing yourself with a mobile phone can lead to great harms; as the picture might fall into the hands of others, and it might be used for masturbation. Therefore, this is not permissible as a means of blocking pretexts and averting harms, especially since photographic imaging is a matter of disagreement among scholars, and there is no benefit in photographing yourself naked.
