Is Salatul-Istikhara answered even if the supplicant does not receive a clear indication, and is a person held accountable for delaying the 'Isha prayer due to laziness, even if they intended to delay it for the sake of reward?

After performing Istikhara prayer, a person does not await a specific answer. Instead, they proceed with their matter; if it becomes easy, it is good, and if it becomes difficult or their heart feels constricted, then it is not good. Accessing email, if it serves a worldly or an otherworldly benefit, is good and there is no harm in it. Delaying the 'Isha prayer is commendable, and the one who does so is rewarded, as long as it is not delayed beyond one-third or half of the night.
