What is the ruling on emphasizing the letter "B" in the opening Takbir (Takbirat al-Ihram), and how is it done?

Intensifying the Baa’ (ب) in the opening takbir (takbirat al-ihram) is almost impossible because the Kaf (ك) is quiescent, and two quiescent letters would meet (the Kaf and the first Baa’ of the shaddah), which is difficult to pronounce. If one vocalizes the Kaf and intensifies the Baa’, a letter has been added, and this invalidates the prayer. Similarly, extending the Baa’ by adding an Alif after it, such as "Akbar" (أكبار), invalidates the prayer. One must also guard against pausing between the two words, adding anything that changes the meaning, or adding a Waw (و) between the two words.
