Is it permissible to withdraw from a decision to increase a debt that was intended as charity, so that it becomes part of the "Nuqūt" (wedding gift) for the debtor's daughter who is about to get married?

If the vow was absolute, she has fulfilled it, and she is not required to give another charity in place of what she gave to the two women. It is not permissible for her to lie to them about the amount of the debt, and she must repent and inform them of the truth. What is obligatory upon her now is to repent and return the two hundred dollars to the one from whom she took them, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The hand is accountable for what it takes until it returns it."
