What should a female patient with hemorrhoids, accompanied by bleeding and discharge, do regarding her prayer and fasting? And does that affect her fasting? And is it obligatory for her to perform ablution for every prayer?

The emission of blood from hemorrhoids does not affect the validity of the fast, and therefore, the woman’s fast is valid.

As for her prayer, if the hemorrhoid is internal, the emission of blood from it nullifies ablution, and she must perform ghusl and wudu, unless it is continuous, in which case she must perform wudu for each prayer after its time has begun and then pray. If the hemorrhoid is external, it does not nullify ablution, but she must wash the area where the blood is before praying. If she can prevent the spread of impurity, she must do so.
