Is it permissible to pray while a clear, water-like discharge flows throughout the day after a uterine cauterization procedure?

Discharges from the vagina are pure, and there is disagreement regarding whether they nullify ablution (wudu'). The majority of scholars hold that they do nullify it. If these discharges are continuous, they take the ruling of سلس (incontinence), and the woman performs ablution for each prayer after its time has begun. Some scholars are of the view that these discharges do not nullify ablution due to lack of evidence, but it is more cautious to consider them as nullifying factors. If performing ablution for each prayer becomes difficult, it is permissible to combine prayers in a صورية (apparent) manner, or to combine the two afternoon prayers (Dhuhr and Asr) and the two evening prayers (Maghrib and Isha) with a single ablution, for the sick person and the woman with Istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding).
