What is the origin of the word "كشخة" (kashkha) in the language, and is it considered a term of abuse when said to women?

The phrase "kashkha" is not originally Arabic, and "kashkhan" refers to a dayyuth (cuckold), which is a foreign word. A dayyuth is one who allows men to enter upon his womenfolk in a way that he sees them, or whose family members commit indecency with his knowledge. Today, "kashkha" is used to describe something as good or beautiful, and it is not a word of slander.
