Who has the right to the kittens born from the mating of a cat and a queen owned by two different people; is it the owner of the tomcat or the owner of the queen?

The offspring of an animal follows its mother, and thus it belongs to the mother's owner, and the owner of the male (sire) has no right to it. This is because the predominant factor in animal ownership is the mother's side. For this reason, human offspring follow their mother in terms of freedom and enslavement, and because the parts they derive from the mother are many times more than what they derive from the father.
