What is the ruling on electronic games that contain ghosts with whom the hero speaks strange words, and does playing them constitute disbelief, even if the player knows that it is false and dislikes the scenes?

It is permissible to play electronic games as long as they do not include Sharia (definition)-prohibited elements such as symbols of disbelief, or music, or images of naked women, or strange words that might be considered disbelief. Practicing these games for amusement while believing in their falsehood does not remove the sin.
