Does a husband have the right to compel his wife to move and live in another residential area near his mother, and what should he do if she refuses, taking into consideration work circumstances and honoring one's parents?

If the new dwelling is suitable and safe for your wife, then she must obey you and move with you to it. If she refuses, she is considered disobedient (nashiz). Disobedience can be remedied by following the steps outlined in no. 30586. If necessary, wise family members can arbitrate, or the matter can be taken to a court, while striving to avoid divorce as much as possible.
