The question

Is a father entitled to travel with his children a distance of 140 km to visit their grandmother without the permission of the custodial mother or against her will, knowing that he does not intend to stay overnight? And is the children's paternal aunt entitled to request that they travel to her to see them?

The answer

The guardian is not entitled to travel with the حضانة (child in custody) for visits or similar purposes without the permission of the حضانة-holder (custodian), due to the risk and hardship involved. Rather, the child remains with the resident parent. However, we advise you not to prevent the father from traveling with his children to visit their grandmother as long as the travel is safe and does not involve an overnight stay. As for the children's paternal aunt requesting to visit them, that is a normal matter, but you are not obligated to travel with them to visit her.
