The answer

As long as you have divorced your wife with three pronouncements of divorce, she has become irrevocably divorced from you with a major separation (baynunah kubra). You do not have the right to take her back unless she marries another man (a husband other than you) out of genuine desire, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her or dies, and her ' (waiting period) from him expires. Your utterance of one of the divorces while in a state of extreme anger and tension does not prevent its occurrence. We advise you to present your case to the court, or to trustworthy scholars in your country.
