We advise you to supplicate frequently for your husband, asking Allah to rectify his condition. Continue to advise him and remind him of Allah's right over him, and warn him of Allah's punishment. Let this be done with a gentle approach. If he does not respond, seek help from some righteous people to influence him. If he does not commit to uprightness, especially concerning prayer, you may request a divorce, because your remaining with him might lead you into trials and cause you to be affected by his behavior. Scholars have stipulated that a woman has the right to refuse marriage and request separation if her guardian marries her to a dissolute person.
