The answer

The relied-upon is that a conditional divorce takes effect if the condition it was suspended upon occurs, and that a divorce pronounced as three [talāqs] counts as three. Therefore, your wife has become irrevocably divorced from you with a major separation (baynūnah kubrā), and there is no way for you to reunite with her until she marries another husband, consummates the marriage with him, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period (ʿiddah) expires.

It is advised to present the matter to a court, to avoid swearing by divorce, and to repent for what you have fallen into. The door of repentance is open through sincere repentance ( naṣūḥ).
