Urinating in the wife's vagina is harmful to her and contrary to good companionship, and it may cause her damage. This falls under the prohibition of causing harm and being harmed. Furthermore, it results in the wife being soiled with impurity. Some scholars have explicitly stated the impermissibility of a person soiling themselves with impurity without need, so what about soiling others with it? Therefore, urinating in the wife's vagina is prohibited.
