What is the ruling on a man touching his wife's private parts and vice versa?

It is permissible for the husband to enjoy touching his wife's private parts, and for the wife to touch her husband's private parts. They will be rewarded for this if their intention is to bring joy to the other party. It is recommended for the husband to fondle his wife before intercourse, so that her desire is aroused and she attains her pleasure.
