What is the ruling on a man's action if his wife is menstruating for seven days and he has a strong desire that he cannot bear to wait for?

It is permissible for a man to enjoy his menstruating wife in all ways except intercourse, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Do everything except intercourse." It is also permissible for him to masturbate with his wife's hand, and the proof for this is Allah Almighty's saying: "And those who guard their private parts (29) Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed."
